Retro appeal for at home or on the go

The light summer styles of the 'Clara' collection with charming retro appeal are perfect for sleeping, lounging or going to the beach-made of fine cotton batiste decorated with exclusive embroidery motifs. Spaghetti dress, nightgown, tank top, ⅞ pants and babydoll-style pajamas serve as ideal summer companions in white. Inspired by the romantic influence of the 19th century and the famous pianist and composer Clara Schumann, who performed pieces by Robert Schumann and Frédéric Chopin, among others, this nightwear offers a perfect combination of nostalgia and modern comfort.

Batiste (French) is the name for a very fine-threaded, lightly woven, lightweight fabric that can be woven mainly from cotton and linen, but also partly from synthetic fibres, silk or viscose. HANRO uses 100% finest cotton for the "Clara" series. Batiste is made from threads finer than 80 Nm in a plain weave. The first batiste fabrics already existed in the 13th century.
Batiste is ideal for warm temperatures as the fabric is particularly light and breathable. The smooth surface of the fabric has a cooling effect.
