Viscose is the oldest cellulosic fibre and the material convinces with its properties. Viscose is very skin-friendly and has great temperature and moisture properties. It is also a wonderfully flowing, fine fabric. In addition, this fibre impresses with its easy-care properties, elasticity, resistance to light, shape retention and durability.

Viscose from HANRO is something special on the market because it is antistatic. Underwear, for example, therefore does not stick to the body or outer fabric. There is a delicate sheen due to the satin weave. It also has a cooling effect and is therefore ideal for summer.

The finished fibres consist of 90 % cellulose and are thus almost exclusively vegetable. Sawdust from beech or spruce wood is cooked with the addition of other substances to obtain cellulose. In terms of appearance, the fabrics can be designed differently. Wool and cotton as well as silk and even linen looks are possible.
