Delivery

 

We currently deliver HANRO products within the European Union. Once you have entered your delivery address, you will be able to see which shipping partner will deliver your package and what the shipping costs will be.

Returning


Have you changed your mind? Is the size not right or the colour not what you wanted? You are welcome to return your HUBER products to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Right of cancellation


You may cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods have been left to you before the deadline - also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before receipt of the goods to you as a customer or recipient. Excluded from this are goods that have been made to customer specifications or that were clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer, were not delivered by us or procured for the customer and do not come from our stock range. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the goods in good time. The cancellation must be addressed to:

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you as a customer cannot return the received goods or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. However, compensation for the deterioration of the goods is only to be paid if the deterioration is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functioning (such as testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store). In the event of cancellation, we are entitled to charge you for shipping, postage and handling. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your cancellation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

We store your order and the order data you have entered. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation with all the details to the e-mail address you have provided. You can view, save and print our general terms and conditions at any time via a link on our website.
