AS NATURAL AS NATURE ITSELF

In the Spring/Summer 2022 campaign 'NATURAL SENSATIONS', nature casts its spell on us. Barren, untouched landscapes and glistening light alternate with cool shade and fresh water. The untouched landscape awakens our longing for infinite space and freedom. It gives us peace and time to breathe.

 


 

Full of contrasts and yet harmonious, the unique magic of a summer's day is also reflected in the spring-summer collection: lightly flowing, shimmering viscose and modal meet structured natural materials such as linen and organic cotton. Delicate pastel shades of beige and lilac form a strong contrast to the vibrant pink, bright yellow and intense turquoise of summer.

 

 

 


HIGHLIGHTS


Sustainability has always been practicsed at HANRO and is part of the brand DNA - just like the natural raw material cotton, which has been an essential part of every collection for over 135 years. With the Spring/Summer 2022 collection HANRO combines the two focal points of sustainability and cotton and introduces several series made of organic cotton and Supreme Green Cotton® onto the market.

Our model Marion (left) wears a shirt from the series 'Natural Shirt' made of organic cotton and Assi (right) wears a tank top from the series 'Sleep & Lounge' made of Supreme Green Cotton®. The trousers of the series 'Pure Comfort' are made of sustainable TencelTM fibres.

MAKING OF

The shooting of the new campaign took place in Portugal. A fascinating country to which HANRO has a special connection to, because almost all collections have been sewn in our factory in Santa Maria da Feira since 1993, and we are proud of the deep, loyal connection of the local seamstresses. For us, MADE IN EUROPE does not only have a resource-saving meaning (short transport routes) but also an emotional, interpersonal meaning. but also includes an emotional, interpersonal component. Both of these aspects underline our long-standing claim of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
