The current situation in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic is a major challenge for all of us. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our top priority at the moment.

Many of our stores have already reopend. Others will follow shortly. And if you feel saver staying at home, we are still here for you at our online shop where you can shop safely from your home, 24h a day.


Delivery of your order

Currently we offer FREE DELIVERY on all your online orders.

Please use voucher-code SHIP4FREE2020. Enter the code in your basket or on the payment page and press “redeem voucher”.

As always our logistics department is doing their best so that you will receive your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately we, too, cannot influence all processes in the delivery chain and therefore ask for your understanding that, due to the border controls within the EU, delays in your delivery and return, and therefore also the processing of your return, can occur.

Orders and deliveries to all EU countries are still possible. If there should be any issues with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service at customer-service@hanro.com.


Returning your order

As posting a return parcel in these times might pose more difficult and also due to the delays that might occur as a consequence of the above mentioned border controls, we currently grant an EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD OF 4 WEEKS.
