The Janna range is a modern, delicate lingerie with soft lace gallon made from recycled polyamide in a summery floral design. Flat, invisible edging on the briefs prevents them from showing. An eye-catcher in the range is the fashionable bralette with high-apex, i.e. extra-wide straps. The cups of the bras are made with lightweight spacer material for extra comfort. Spacer material is a spacer knit made of several textile layers. It hugs the bust for a natural breast shape. It is seamless and breathable.
About the lace: This is made of 92 % PA (Q-NOVA ® / polyamide) and 8 % EL (Roica). Polyamide (PA) Q-NOVA® from Fulgar® is obtained from waste materials from the manufacturer's production cycle. The selected waste fibres/yarns are remelted by mechanical regeneration - without chemicals. The resulting polymer can be re-spun into a polyamide fibre using an innovative continuous melt-spinning process. The advantages that result from this are, on the one hand, lower emissions, less crude oil required for the production of polymers, and reduced water consumption. In figures, this means 47% less emissions and 39% less water consumption per kg of the product, compared to a newly produced polymer that is spun out into a textured polyamide yarn.
Elastane (EL). ROICA™ ECO-SMART is the only more sustainable, eco-stretch elastane available today. The production of the ROICA™ ECO-SMART range uses polymer science to reuse up to 50% industrial waste; in terms of environmental concerns, this is another ethical building block within the supply chain. ROICA™ ECO-SMART contributes to a better eco-balance by using less water, along with increased dye uptake within fabric production due to the lower oil content in the fibre. The resulting and measurable energy savings are reflected in reduced waste water as well as lower temperatures.
